To Ford Motor Company: I purchased a 2005 Escape 3 months ago from Tom Holzer Ford in farmington hills .

On Nov 20 I took it in for a rough idling problem.

Well low and behold I found out I need a new cylinder head as the spring and or rod was broken due to "POOR" workmanship at the assembly plant where it was made.

I only have 5060 miles on it,to boot. I used to buy GM products but I thought I'd try Ford as there new escape got good reviews on it but I was wrong on that account. It's been in the dealers since nov. 20 and its the 26th and I still don't know if I'm getting it back the 30th or not, you see they have trouble getting "PARTS" to repair it.

I'm really disapointed with the car and now I know what the word "FORD" really stands for,"FIX OR REPAIR DAILY". I'm going back to GM for my next car. In the nean time I've got a rental car and I'm pouring gas into it out of my own pocket. I think that since I'm being forced to put up with the problems that the least Ford could do is to pay for a couple of tanks of gas that I've put into

this car. (MERCURY Sable G S) Very Disapointed.
