has ANYONE else ever damaged their phone.... YES I know you have. I have a trac phone that I just damaged (broken display screen) so I "thought" no problem... I'll just get another unit and transfer my 660 some minutes to it (about $400 worth of PRE-PAID air time) well NO WAY HOSEY... they say, customer service at tracfone has got to be the leading cause of heart attacks.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SOOOOOOOO BADLY IN MY LIFE, and Im an old fart.

They continue to tell me I have lost ALL my air time because they cannot verify time with my phone....... even though I have oc=ver and over told them my phone is broken, I cannot call or receive calls (broken display screen) but they DO NOT CARE, it is against their "POLICY" ???? to transfer the time ???? Sooooo I'm screwed out of 660 minutes of air time and about $400

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE W O R S T COMPANY anywhere for customer service....

After about 2 hours of going around in circles with them yesterday morming I am still RAGING MAD.

I am not done yet, this company will somehow understand I'm not going away until I get my PAID for AIRTINE transfered to my new phone.

This helps relieve SOME of my frustration.
