Dear Complaints.com; I see I am not the only consumer noticing the take over of employee rudeness and lack of concern for the customer at Wal-mart stores. One day last week (Nov. 22) I was waiting in line at the customer service area along with 15 or so other people.

One female employee decided she needed to cash her check. The CSM-Sara-Pines Road store-Shreveport, LA chose to ignore the whole situation. When I confronted her about why she didn't interrupt that female employee from cashing her check ahead of the customers already standing there, she told me didn't notice that situation.

She than referred me to call the "District Manager". Is this how Sam Walton envisioned his stores to be or how about those warm/happy commericials that don't reflect the real store enviroment!!. The managers at all Wal-mart stores can no longer say these are isolated incidents, since they seem to be

happening more frequently at all stores nationwide!!!! I hope somebody from wal-mart finds this message and maybe can make some changes.????!!!!! Untill than I hope people can start boycotting wal-mart.
