For several years we have had our heat pump and hot water heater serviced by Chuck Russo Heating and Air Conditioning in the Albany, New York area.

Within the last year he has become unreliable, continually breaking and canceling service appointments.

Most recenty when we suffered a hot water heater problem resulting in a flooding basement he promised to attend to it on a Friday afternoon.

Hours after his expected arrival we called and reached him at which time he suggested "turn off the water to the house and your basement won't flood, I'll try to get around to you on Monday." Based on his recent record of broken promises we are finding another source for service, hopefully someone more reliable. Considering the performance of Chuck Russo Heating and Air Conditioning we could not recommend his services to anyone. Steve S
