Starlight Camera - I ordered online then next day they called my house and asked for me to call them back. I called them back and they sales person went on to tell me he had this camera and it was a good camera. He said the only problem was the battery life is really poor and I should upgrade the battery
Starlight Camera
I found what I thought was a good deal for the Kodak Easyshare DX7440 on froogle. The company with the lowest price was Starlight Camera.
I ordered online then next day they called my house and asked for me to call them back. I called them back and they sales person went on to tell me he had this camera and it was a good camera. He said the only problem was the battery life is really poor and I should upgrade the battery. I told that I was not intrested at this time and he then went on to try to sell me sd memory. Again I said I was not intrested. So he said fine and hung up.
I then checked the status of my camera not more then 10 minutes later online and it said cancelled. I thought maybe he hit a wrong key on the keyboard and it got cancelled. I called back and was told that camera was out of stock so they had to cancel the order. I asked why I was not told this 10 minutes ago and I received no answer on that. I asked if it was maybe because I didn't order the assc. he said no and hung up.
Now this is where it gets good. I got a call back about 15 minutes later saying that they were sorry and wanted to start the order again. I figured that was fine maybe the other sales person was just having a bad day. So he gave me a new order number and then tried to upsell me again. I said I was not intrested and he said that if I don't order the battery I will not get the camera. I said that was fine and to cancel my order.
