I had my new phone with Tmobile for less than 30 days and was having problems. They sent me a new phone in the mail as a replacement for mine was defective, but they sent the wrong phone. I called and they stated that they would send the correct phone express shipping on their dime. Fine by me for I realize that mistakes happen.

 

Turns out that they charged me on the my bill for the express shipping. When I called to get it corrected I was told that I would have to pay it this month and then they would credit it next month. They told me that they could not credit it this month for that is the way that their billing system works. I told then that I did not understand why I had to fork over more money this month for a mistake that they made for if my bill was 100 dollars ajd I sent them 80 and stated "oh I will get you the rest next month" I do not think that they would like that so why is it ok for them to play that game with their customers?

 

After talking to the rudest "manager" by the name of Gina who probably was not a manager, I can not wait for my contract to end with them.She was rude and patronizing. Complete example of what not to do in customer service. I thought that they were good too, but this put me over the edge not to renew with them
