IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW FOR A COMPANY TO PURPOSELY BILL FOR SERVICES THAT WEREN'T ORDERED!!!
It wouldn't be so bad if it were as simple as not paying for services not ordered, but you can guess what would happen if you tried that: bad credit rating, collection agents, etc.
No wonder their customer service lines are bogged down, all new customers need to call twice to cancel unordered services!!!
SO BEWARE, IF YOU DARE TO ORDER FROM AT&T, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILL, AND MAKE THAT UNFUN CALL TO THE THIEVES!
