800-348-8783-let it ring and don't punch in any of the numbers they ask for. It will take about 15 minutes but it will finally click over to the operator 866-816-7018 - this option will will give you the option to speak to a customer service rep even if you do get stuck on hold for long periods of time

201-210-3632-this is to the Accounts Receivable dept.

 

They people here are nicer but clueless!

 

Hope this helps someone as I hate this company's business (or non-business) practices

I had an account with Aspire Visa For years. In July 2009 I received a letter that their credit card program was cancelled. I had an outstanding balance of $31.96. I paid it on 6/20/2009 ON TIME. then they send me a bill for $41.37 for 'fees' that are never explained. I sent in a check on 7/20/2009 for that amount anyway. I never heard anything else from them. When balancing my account one morning I notice that the ck never cleared. I called the 800 #, got a very nice lady ((Regina) on the phone, and she cleared it up, took a payment over the phone, and all is well. Hah! The reported me as 60-90 days delinquent!!! They are insane!!! I have WONDERFUL credit and in today's economy, where every creditor is nervous, those bums have damaged my beautiful credit history and VantageScore. Here is another phone number: 1-866-816-7018, ext #9094. Try that!!!!

I received a letter on 11-17-08 about termination of card program,i have been a customer for appr. 10 yrs never late on payments , i donot understand the reason for this , i am very disatifeid about this matter ,why ?? and why was i not informed earlier of this company decision. i will pay the balance , but i am very upset .sincerely kathy froedge 410 hollow rd. glasgow, ky here is my e-mail , grandma2007 AT hotmail.com.
