Dear Sirs ,

I have to seriously complein the fact that when I got the car at Manchester airport on 19th I noted ( unfortunately after living ) that the fuel was not full but just 3/4..

I signed a contract to refuel it by myself and i did it ..despite the fuel was not full when taken.

Now I m receiving a note with a debt of further 14.90 pounds....when I put same day just outside the airport before returning the car right 18.01 pounds (and I can proove this with the recipe of my VISA card.)

Could you please explain why for 162 miles you haev debted to me furtehr 14.90 pounds?

I find this really uncorrect and unlegal...and I noted this little tricky business already other times....

When u take the car it appears full , but as soon as u are out of the airport goes down to 3/4 or even less....this is really not nice.

I will send all my complaints to the official International Consumers Association...to let them know how bad is working AVIS..

I need full explanation and I do pretend back my amount duly reimbursed.

I hope to get a reply prompt and soon.
