mattress/delivery in 3 days is a joke

went into raymour & flanagan to purchase new mattress for my bed. always heard delivery was in less than 3 days. bought mattress for a total of 601.34 including 60.00 delivery charge.

really needed mattress for my husband who is on kidney dialysis. they told me first delivery date was next tuesday. i bought the mattress on a tuesday. the day before my scheduled delivery i called and cancelled.

i said do i need to come in for a refund the manager said no there was no need he already had my card number and would credit me that day. it is now friday and my account is still not credited. i went in to the store today and they told me that it was credited on wednesday i called on monday to get the credit why did it take two days to put the credit in?

i asked why it isnt showing up in my account and they said it had to get approved from somewhere in new york. why, when i paid for it it didnt need to be approved to take my money? i will never even go into this store again.delivery in 3 days or less. what is that a joke?
