I pursched a camera & printer in dec.2003 with a rebate refund for 100.00 .I fallowed rebate instructions ,sent in everything they needed,original rebate submission form,orig.upc lables from boxes , a copy of recipt ,as it turns out i failed to make copies for myself. well they claim they never recived anything,ok i have jumping through hoops since then,my opion what a scam.

I have sent copies since of reciept ,pictures of orig.camera box with upc missing, serial numbers of both items and i sent copies of warrnty cards which had prod. & serial numbers already on cards supplied to me from orig. containers , this has turned me against any product with a rebate attached to it,it seems clear to me why instant rebates are not offered much anymore, I know 90% of consumers would not have tried this hard, but it is rightfully mine, contary to popular belief ,I never had it,but i do miss it.
