I ordered a 200 ctw gemstone parcel from ACNTV. When I received the parcel I was shocked to see very small stones. I received only 2 or maybe 3 sizeable stones in the entire parcel. These stones were bi-color citrines. I know that if I was purchasing a gemstone I would not purchase a citrine that had white sections throughout it. To make a long story short, I called ACNTV customer service and was told to ship the stones back.

At this time I told the representive that I was very disappointed over the parcel. I did not think that the total gem weight totaled 200 ctw. Today I called ACNTV to check to see if they received the parcel and was told that they had sent it to the research department. It had been weighed and that the total cwt was 120-129 ct. Instead of contacting me to confirm what I had told them in the beginning, they have sent this mess back to me with a letter. I guess I am going to be stuck with worthless stones and out $250.00 plus shipping. This is the second gemstone parcel that I have had to send back.

I ordered a 1 ctw black diamond parcel and the stones looked like black dust. Please be ware of false advertisment. I am very shocked and upset about the whole matter. I sent back excatly what I received to show ACNTV just what they had sent me. I even insured the package. What is a customer to think when they are treated in this manner? I have ordered many things from ACNTV in the past, but am haveing serious doubts about doing so in the future.
