DEAR MR SADEH I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT AN OUTRAGES BAD OR WORSE THAN THIS, STUPID SERVICE WHICH CRYSTAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDING. THE FOLLOWING STORY ABOUT THEIR SERVICES, BAD CUSTOMER ATTITUDE SEEMS “KAFKA’ISH” HORRIBLE STORY. AS FOR THE FACTS: MY NAME IS YEHUDA WEBB PRESENTLY WORKING IN BEIJING AS IAI REPRESENTATIVE IN CHINA MY FAMILY IS LIVING IN ISRAEL. FEW MONTHS AGO WE PURCHASED AN AMANA REFRIGERATOR WHICH IS INCLUDED IN OURS “TOSHAV CHOZER “RIGHTS AS WELL AS OTHER PRODUCTS IMPORTED BY CRYSTAL. CRYSTAL SERVICES INFLUENCED MY WIFE DECISION TO EXTEND THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR THE FRIG TO 6 (SIX) YEARS WITH AN HEAVY ADDITIONAL COST. ONE “SMALL” STORY WAS ABOUT THEIR MICROWAVE WHICH WAS SUPPLIED AS NOT SERVIEABLE : IT TOOK ALMOST 4 WEEKS AND.MANY TECHNICIANS VISITS WHICH MY WIFE HAD TO TAKE A LEAVE FROM HER WORK, TO CONVINCE CRYSTAL THAT THEIR SUPPLIED PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD. NOW FOR THE NEW BIG ONE FEW WEEKS AGO MY WIFE CAME BACK FROM WORK SHE FOUND A NOTE THAT CRYSTAL TECHNICIANS WAS VISITING OUR HOME AND SHE WAS ABSENT. AND CRYSTAL IS GOING TO CHARGE US 180 IS. I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT NOBODY INVITED THIS TECHNICIAN AND MY WI FE EVEN ASKED FOR A FULL INVESTIGATION TO CHECK WHAT HAPPENED, THEY PROMISED THAT THEY WILL RETURN WITH AN ANSWER BUT OF COURSE, NOBODY CALLED BACK. LATER CRYSTAL CONVINCE MY WIFE THAT THE FRIG. DOORS MUST BE ADJUSTED SHE BEGGED THEM TO VISIT US ON FRIDAY OTHERWISE SHE WILL LOOSE MORE WORKING DAYS BUT CRYSTAL HAVE THEIR OWN ROOD POLICY YESTERDAY AROUND 2 PM MY WIFE GOT A PHONE MASSAGE WHEREBY SHE WAS REQUESTED IMMEDIATELY TO GO HOME BECAUSE THE TECHNICIAN IS ON HIS WAY TO OUR HOME. SHE IMMEDIATELY LEFT EVERYTHING AT WORK RUSHED HOME AND ON HER WAY THE TECHNICIAN CALLED HER TELLING THAT HE WILL BE LATE ONE HOUR.WHO CARES. (THE PRIME OF THIS HORRIBLE STORY IS COMING) AFTER THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED HE WAS MESSING AROUND WITH THE FRIG DOORS WHICH THE RESULTS ARE: 1- HE COULD NOT ADJUST THE DOORS CLAIMING THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR IT 2- THE FRIG COULD NOT ENTER BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL NICH .THE TECHNICIAN CLAIMED THAT IT WAS NEVER THERE (HE HIMSELF PUSHED IT OUT FROM THAT NICH) 3- SEEING IT, MY WIFE BEGGED FOR HELP BUT THIS CRUEL TECHNICIAN JUST CLOSE HIS TOOL BOX AND VANISHED. MOREVER DURING OUR PAST BAD EXPERIENCE WITH CRYSTAL SERVICES WE LEARNED THEIR SYSTEM TO INTERNALLY COVER UP FACTS BY THROWING YOU FROM ONE DEPT TO ANOTHER DEPT ETC…. AND THEY WILL NEVER NEVER TRANSFER YOU TO THEIR MANAGER. AT THIS SITUATION WE FEEL HOPLESS AGAINST SUCH A BEHAVIUOR. CAN SOMEBODY HELP US?
