Company: AOL

Category: Internet Services

hello there I am concerned because for some reason on my bank statement I have a withdraw from aol I would appreciate some answer to this mistake this was a free trial and yet I got money taken from me I will call the costumer service but have read on previous complaints know about your free trials we are currently working at this time to get connected to an honest internet provider we get free trials in the mail and have tried at least 2 other then yours

I heard aol was a great provider and that I should try your free trial that I would like it however since it was not free and I was lied to and cheated out of my money I do not like your services at all and will let my friends know about what happened to me for that money that was taken can not be replaced by your company on any witch way I do not appreciate what was done and you need to send directions stating that your trials are not free that you charge for there services

however I have to take the loss of my money but other people should not have to so I will need to contact some place that will let the general public know about your services and not being pacific about how to get it off your computer I would appreciate if you would email me back with some answers if you do not have them then I need to go higher then you and I would like to know who else to talk to someone is always higher then another my email address is and I would appreciated a bill in my name instead of someone just taking money out of my savings! if you don't respond I will take further steps until i get some answers for I never used the free trial membership up and should not have been billed.
