Winn-Dixie - poor customer service

Just noticed it's proper to put the location....this complaint I recently sent is for the NORTH MONROE ST, TALLAHASSEE, FL location. Love your site - thanks!

I purchased two bottles of wine that were both discounted with my rewards card but when I got home and examined my receipt noticed they were not subtracted from my receipt. It shows on my receipt my reward information so I know my card was scanned.

Later that day I called the store to ask if they could check the price of the two bottles. She refused to check over the phone and said I needed to come into the store. I live 30 miles away and asked if the prices would be the same tomorrow - she said, "I don't

know you'll have to just come in and we can look on our computers to see what the certain price was that date." I understand that, but if it's not on the receipt then it certainly won't be in their computers later on!!

I told her that but she interrupted and said, "Ma'am you're not listening. You need to come into the store and we can look up the price in our computers." Not doing a price check for just TWO items that are located on the same row? Interrupting a customer and telling them that they're not listening? It's easy to understand why Winn-Dixie is going bankrupt. =====

The person who can't dance says the band is lousy.
