We travel part of the year in a fifth wheel trailer. We contracted with Dish Network for 12 months (I think) of service. They have not been able to provide the service we contracted with them for. It is because there is no "permanent" structure for them to secure to, therefore the dish on a tripod shifts and we lose all signal.
The only place we had a signal for any period of time was on County property. We were instructed that it could not be placed there. They have charged us a 240.00 cancellation fee. We canceled because they couldn't provide us with continuous service.
Yes, we canceled our contract BECAUSE they couldn't provide the service we contracted with them to provide.
Bottom line, they are collecting from us but not providing anything for it!
