Angela Curtis - Astrology reading

I paid Angela Curtis for an astrological reading some months ago. I have yet to receive the reading although the money has been debited from my credit card. And despite my attempts to contact her requesting my money back OR the actual reading I am still getting emails from her asking if I would still like a report.

Does anyone know what avenues I have to retrieve my money for a service that has not been provided?
