Dear Sirs:

I am writing this for my 82 year old mother who has had a mailstation for almost three years. All of a sudden in the last nine months, she has had notices at the bottom of her e-mail that says she has too many messages on her e-mail station.

There is an address printed: http://webmail.earthlink.net to delete some of these messages. On February 15, 2004 I called the earthlink support and "Desmond" deleted 323 messages. My mother called again recently to delete more of unwanted mail. There have been messages again just in the last few days with the same. My brother tried to delete the messages from his PC, but the system wouldn't take the password to let him in. I just tried a few minutes ago to do the same.

What can we do that would be user friendly for my brother or me to EASILY get on our computers and delete these messages periodically WITHOUT my mother having to call and take care of the problem over the phone? I realize these unwanted messages accumulate, and I would like to take care of the problem before the messages get to be a nuisance on her machine.

Please give me any advice help to solve this problem. If I could get into her account weekly and delete these messages, it would be wonderful for her and we wouldn't have to bother your telephone support system all the time. Thank you so much for your help.
