Enterprise car rental, 9017 E Adamo Dr., Tampa, FL - rude service experience

Enterprise Mang. Very rude.

Reguarding Enterprise at 9017 E Adamo Drive Tampa, Florida My husband and I have used Enterprise car rental several times in the past. This time when we went to return a car because 1. The breaks were grinding real bad and 2. We wanted to return it because our car was fixed.

The manager came out to great us raising his voice because it was 15 minutes past closing and he didn't want to do anymore paper work. Said he just wanted to get out of their. So we were made to drive this car with bad breaks all the way across town to the airport to turn it in. I feel this was very unprofesional on his part and very dangerous having that bad of breaks.

Also when we were given this car we were told it was only 500 miles due before servicing and Enterprise new we had to drive it across the Florida state. I just don't understand what happened to the curtisy and reliablility of Enterprise. Please reply to us about this matter.
