To whom it may concern.

I would recommend to anyone buying airplane tickets not to purchase them from 'Hotwire.com.' I couldn't make my flight and when I went to rebook it, they penalized me the total price of my ticket ($300.00).

They didn't offered me any discount or partial penalties, they just said that I agreed to it when I purchased the ticket.

One of those, you have to read the fine print contracts. So remember no matter what you purchase over the internet don't get it from "Hotwire.com" otherwise you may be out $300 bucks too.
