Poor Customer Service - ICICI Bank - India
I am a so called private banking member with ICICI bank. I have been trying in vain over the last 7 weeks to get my ICICI demat account linked to my internet banking user id. I have filled up the paper request 7 weeks back. I have followed multiple times - but each time I have been given a new request number. There is no way one could reach the supervisors / customer support managers. One is stuck with the same front line staff. And believe me there is no simple customer feedback form on ICICI bank's web site. Customers can't tell what they want to say instead can only pick and choose from what the bank wants to hear!!
