We purchased a futon from Walmart made by Ameriwood and when we got it home and tried to put it together only half the instructions were in the box. The first page of the instructions gives their website address, but when you go online you can't get the instructions and the model number that we purchased wasn't even on their website.

Also, their customer service is only open from monday to friday 7am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm which is really not much help at all when you purchased the product on a Saturday night hoping to put it together that night for use the next day.
