I have attempted to contact the local store {location}, in concern to my question, and could "not " and " did not " acheive any response . That is the reason for my

" DIRECT " contact to " HAMPTON BAY " .

I currently have one ( 1 } of your unit(s) , which is a WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER , Model : # HBX050 .

The CONTROL knobs , on this unit have been " NOT " on the unit for some time . Due to some reason which is not known . these ( 2 ) CONTROL KNOBS, are what allows the opperation of this to do the following .

TOP CONTROL : OFF, HI FAN, LO FAN, HI COOL, LO COOL . BOTTOM CONTROL : Thermostatic Setting of

* * * * * * * * * COLLER

* * * * * * * * * WARMER

Without, the use of these ( 2 ) knobs, have been forced to ACTIVATE the operation of , OFF - ON, by way of pluging into electrical receptical & un-plugging .

I would like aquire these ( 2 ) designed, and neccessary CONTROL KNOBs so to opperate as designed . " PLEASE " reply !!!
