I have always been a Sonny's fan. But today made a whole different world for me.After placing my order,It came out wrong but I took it anyway.Told the waitress we did not get our bread,meal was almost over when the bread arrived.

It was a constant fight to get a refill on the $1.69 Tea.The waitress knew ahead of time when taking the order we had a $4.00 off cupon.

But we were told very rudly at the register the cupon was not good on what was purchased,and even after telling them about the problems and saying the waitress had approved the cupon,they still refused to take it.Needless to say that was my last trip to the Concord Sonny's
