Michael Angelo, Customer Service Director with RB Sports I was involved in a 45 day guarantee golf club trial. I received the equipment and returned it following all directions given by this company. Since was during the holidays and the offices are closed the entire week of Christmas AND Jaime, the salesgirl was out for several weeks due to a sick child, NONE of my phone calls were returned.
I finally got in touch with Michael Angelo and he said he was new the organization, but since my 45 days had expired, then I was not getting my full refund. Now I am stuck with a gift certificate for a company that makes horrible equipment. Angelo said he was going to file my complaint with the Board of Directors and I have not heard back from them yet.
