I order one prescription, and received one prescription. My card was charged twice. The first time I called, I spoke with a guy named Eddie. He assured me that he would have the problem taken care of and the money would be deposited into my account. Also, because he charged my debit card twice, it caused my account to be in overdraft, where I got charged overdraft charges.

 

He bluntly told me that he would not refund the overdraft charges, although nothing else went though the bank that day. I constantly tried and tried to call him back, finally I got him on a Tuesday morning at abround 9:00, when I was once again promised he would call me back in half an hour. Today is Friday, and I still haven't heard from him. Can you please help??
