I was at your used car lot on Monday talked to Mr. Landry told him I was looking for a ford f-150 for a friend. They had none on lot I liked but told me they were getting 1 in within next 2 days with a cap on and 4x4 auto everything I was looking for and it would be $12,995.00 took his card came back with friend, that it was for who can not hear or talk was told same price, I told him we wanted to drive it and that the buyer could not hear or talk.

After we took it for a test drive with another salesman who was amazed that a guy that can't hear or talk could pay cash, when we went in to write it up and get a better price was than told it was $14,995.00 but on sale for $12995.00 asked you in last email is this how you treat everyone or just the disabled who can not hear or talk and guess sales person figured we were both dumb told us that it was $14,995.00 but the sale price was $12,995.00.

Very sorry your dealership treats people like this or is it just disavantaged you treat like this?
