I received a dressbarn shirt for a gift. As stated on the care tag, I dry cleaned the item. The shirt ran and the color on the fabric bled onto the other areas of the shirt. Since the dry cleaner showed me how once the dry cleaning fluid touched the fabric it bled, I decided to bring it back to the store.

The attendant at the store did not even offer me a token refund ($20.00) for the item. I don't think I will shop at the stores anymore if they won't honor their clothing.
