I am happy that you have all of your items. Also I have emailed you the instruction for the one-seat glider. If you have any other questions, please just email me. I will be happy to help you.

I would also like to tell you that we have many disabled people working at our locations, and my son is one of them, from time to time these individuals answer our phones when we are busy they are only trying to help out. Sometimes they write down messages or phone numbers trying to help out our customers sometimes not. I do not know how many times you have called our office or who answered your phone calls but I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding with the phone calls.

Also we did have major problems with our trucks on the road, we do put on over 150,000 miles a year on some of our trucks yearly. When you called in our office to speak with Kimberly P. she is not at this office she runs our website, and some of the new employees here do not know of her working for the company.

Furthermore, when my son answered the phone (he is disabled) his Grandpa did die and he was very hurt about it because of his brain injury he said things that he feels.

Now you have your products and all the necessary information we would like you to take off the posting on the web. When I emailed you about the issues I thought you had removed the posting but I still find it up there.

Playaway Toy Company takes money, doesn't send order

I attended a conference sponsored by Sensory Resources LLC in San Jose California on March 4, 2004. They endorsed a vendor, Playaway Toy Company Inc. in Bear Creek Wisconsin that sells play equipment for children that have sensory issues. To date I have not received all of my order that I paid for in full at the conference.

I have called the company at least 10 times and have been repeatedly told that they have no record of my reciept. They have sent me two of my items, but I am still waiting for the most important part, a platform board. Last night I emailed them and today I received a response. I then called the number in the email and asked to speak to the lady in customer service named Kimberly P. I was told they have no employee with that name.

This is a small family owned company and they have given me every excuse known to man regarding why I haven't received my order from our trucks have all broken down to Grandpa died, yes they are blaming a dead man! Buyer beware! Both Sensory Resources and Playaway toy company are taking advantage of persons that are trying to help their children with special needs, pretty sad.
