SBC - I have called sbc, about making changes to my telephone and they can never get it right

I have called sbc, about making changes to my telephone and they can never get it right. Once I receive the bill its always higher than what I was given on the telephone. I have to call about three to four times before it finally get correct. After waiting on line about 20 minutes.

I have been with sbc for many years, but know thinking about changing my telephone service. It's many companies out their, so why put up with one that just can't get it right.
