My husband and I decided that we'd get ice cream tonight, so against my better judgment we decided to go to the overpriced Dairy Queen to get 2 sundaes. He ordered a medium blizzard, I ordered a banana split--I asked for to hold the syrup (strawberry and pineapple) and asked if they could put caramel on it. They informed me that it was 59 cents for the topping, fine.

When they handed me the banana split I noticed it was wrong. They put all the topping on, just as we asked them not to. We pulled up away from the drive through while they fixed another one, they fixed it the same way.

Then I told the girl for the 3rd time how I wanted my sundae, she told me that it was going to be 59 cents extra for every scoop of ice-cream that's in a banana split (which is 3). I told her that I just wanted my money back.

My husband has to go into the restaurant to get the money back, and the girl has enough nerve to be talking bad about him to her coworkers in front of the manager!! I will never spend a dime of my hard earned money at a Dairy Queen restaurant again. What happened to the customer's always right? We weren't even treated with respect.
