Bank of America - since there was less thin 50 in saveings, they went and paid the 2 small amounts but CHARGED MY WIFE 32 DOLLARS forthe service of paying the 2 small amounts

this is a complaint against bank of america my wife did a transactions at atm and there were 2 both under 2 and 3 dollars each. there was 45 dollars in saveings and she has overdraft protection. old policy was they would transfere only 25 dollars if needed to cover the funds, new policy is they will transfere 50 dollars now. since there was less thin 50 in saveings, they went and paid the 2 small amounts but CHARGED MY WIFE 32 DOLLARS forthe service of paying the 2 small amounts. gee how nice of them they are nothing but theives. they said really to bad, not polite and kind of rude and said that it is standard and everyone is chargeing that high of a cost. bank of america he said was a large company ya sock it to the public and like stealing if you ask me. so that is why the complaint is writen against bank of america, the accounts are handled in lodi, and san francisco california. so beware folks. sincerely, austin raines
