BLUNDER BY YOUR STAFF AT MUMBAI from GE COUNTRYWIDE

I Kishore .S. Gadkari from (MUMBAI ) had already repaid your loan when i purchased a mobile (NOKIA 3315) long back but recently i got a letter from your GE COUNTRYWIDE in which it was return that i am eligible for one more loan of RS.10000/- with a nominal EMI of , 417/- without insurance and 431/- with insurance and it also said that u have to approach the MAHIM OFFICE before 20 th May 2004 , so i went there and met MR RUSHI in the office who guided me that i have to submit the required documents as per company rules ,

 

so i did it within a week and he promised me that u have to give 24 PDC of Rs 417 /- so i gave him the cheques which were required , after 2 to 3 days i got a call stating that i have to again come to the GE Countrywide and rewrite the cheques or cancel them , as the amount told to me by MR RISHI was wrong and all the cheques were printed and with the said amount of RS 417 which was to be cancelled and written as RS 616 /- finally

 

Can u give me the explanation as how do u call this a mistake , secondly when i came with your letter in which it was mentioned that the amount is RS 10000 and the EMI would be Rs 417 .Is this type of service you people give to us now that i have to waste my time and money and go to the office to recollect the cheques again and go with a new lot what i have to do with the wrong cheques wrongly typed by your staff , how i am i to be reimbursed , this is sheer negligence on your part if u dont know to care for customers than u should close your company or do some good work by giving them the correct guidance ,

 

not like the way the person who has put me in a mess with unnecessary tension and incomplete work , my request to u is to remove such people who cant care for the customers nor cant they handle which puts your company in wrong impression , and finally dont forget it is because of we the people who pay u huge EMI , s monthly your company is surviving ok .

 

As i want a compensation or else i will highlight this matter in the media so pls do me a favour and reply with rectifying the mistake from your side not my side ok
