Hi Yes I am aware I sent you a complaint the reason is that you can"t send it direct to BT
I have not contacted them because it always cost a lot of money talking to the tec/dept which they tell you to ring , yes I would like the message posted .

Can some one explain why you keep cutting my internet connection off when I have been a pay as you go customer for over 3 years this the second time now in six weeks this has happened and I am just about feed up???????? any more of this and I will be changing to another company please sort this out once and for all
