I promise this will be the last time I will contact you about the problem I have encounted with haband. )n 5/3/04 I received an e-mail from Jessica internet dept. this was in response to a complaint I had sent in. The complaint was as follows: )n 3/3/04 I received an e-mail confirming my order for a blazer.When the order arrived I found the size 46 long was too big so I returned it and requested a 44 long.
When I received the notice {4/22/04} that the blazer was shipped {order no. 2174541} it stated it was a size 46 long! Exactly the size I had returned. I called and was told when I receive the blazer call and haband would send me a prepaid label. After several calls and e-mails which no one ever responded toI called again today and spoke to a woman named Shaunta who now tells me I have to pay for the postage and call in as to the cost and I will be reimbursed?
In the meantime I placed an order for a 44 long blazer which I received and it fit perfect. As jessica stated I would receive a prepaid label I would like to receive it.I would like very much to return the incorrect blazer so as to receive the apro. $52.00.
