Allyoucanink.com - color cartridges do not work / no response to emails

Ordered black and color cartridges from AllyoucanInk.com, paid by credit card. Started using the cartiridges and the color ones only print red! no yellow, no blue, no green! only red!!

E-mailed allyoucaninc.com about the problem, their website said they would get back to me within 24 hours. Well..it has been at least 2 weeks and I have gotten no response.

What is up with that????? Allyoucanink is red.
