I ordered a Tiffany style lamp and received a defective one.
I mistakenly returned it without insuring it and it conveniently was lost or so they say. They refuse to search for it without a tracking number even though there is an order # and item #. And the vendor gives the same reason. So I have no lamp and it cost me $100.
And after 2-1/2 months of calling they still refuse to try to find the item, and told me there is nothing they can do. So I said "I guess I'm out $100" and they said sorry about that there is nothing we can do. Do not shop this station they are crooks, and most unhelpful company I ever talked to in my life.
