No further contact to me for several days. So I send another email. No response. So I call and leave a message on their message system. No call back. Finally I got through to a live person only by calling the NON 800 number. She informed me that the 12.50 charged for shipping was incorrect. It should be $45. So they took my order on line and charged my credit card but never bothered to contact me concerning the shipping costs which by the way were originally provided by them. I suspect that if I had not requested the shipping tracking number and date it was shipped in my original email, I would had a difficult time getting my credit back to my credit card. It now also worries me that they have my credit card number… Steer clear of this company… Jim P
