I surely hope this is the right place to air my complaint as to merchandise sold through Publishers Clearing House.

My complaint is about three items I had ordered and of which I have only received two of those items.

So far the two items I did finally receive were not worth the cost of which was paid. All of these items were over two months being mailed.

Item # 1 , was a plant called Tiger Cannas and consist of ( 1 ) plant bulb. I don't think this item was worth what it cost.

Item # 2 , was also a plant which was called a Louisiana Iris. I was not sure if there was a plant in the package I received. My wife planted what was in the package that looked anything like a root. Yet I'm sure it wasn't worth the price I paid for this plant, if it was a plant.

Item # 3 , Is Tomato plants, of which I have not received any yet. This item is now over 3 months getting to me, and yes, it has already been paid for.

When these items were ordered they were only supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive and it has now been around 3 months since they were ordered.

I want you to know that I am truly disappointed with the way and the shape of these items that I did receive, plus the lateness of the Tomato plants of which have not arrived yet.

Please do something that might help any others who might find themselves having the same problems.
