Rebate on Envision Monitor

I purchased an Envision EN-7100e 17" monitor on November 28, 2003 at the Beaverton, Oregon CompUSA store. Two rebates were offered on the monitor, one for $40 and the other for $70. I received the $40 rebate in February 2004, but am still waiting for the $70 rebate. I contacted Envision customer service on March 30, 2004 regarding the missing rebate and they said that they would send it within 8 weeks.

Today is May 27, 2004, and I still have not received my rebate. I contacted Envision customer service again, and they said that my rebate is "in the final stages of processing." They would not give me any more details about the status of my refund. I would recommend not shopping at CompUSA, and certainly DO NOT PURCHASE ENVISION PRODUCTS. I won't be back.
