I TOOK IT HOME AND FOUND THAT IT WAS TOO LOADED FOR MY USE AS I REALLY WANTED EMAIL NOT TV STATIONS. I PAID $1,734.61, AND RECEIVED A CREDIT FOR $1,483.96, THE DIFFENENCE IS THE RESTOCKING FEE WHICH THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME IS CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY ON LARGE ITEMS WHEN THE EXCUSE IS THAT THE PERSON CHANGED THEIR MIND.
I THINK THIS IS TOTALLY UNFAIR AS I HAVE BOUGHT QUITE A FEW THINGS FROM YOUR STORE IN THE PAST, AND I ALSO HAVE MANY FRIENDS. THE AMOUNT OF $250.65 MAY NOT SOUND LARGE TO YOU, BUT BEING RETIRED AND RECEIVING SOCIAL SECURITY THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY. I HATE TO WRITE COMPLAINT COMPLAINT.COM OR PUT IT ON THE BULLETIN BOARD THAT YOU HAVE CHEATED ME OUT OF $250.65. I TOOK THE LAPTOP BACK FIVE HOURS LATER ON THE SAME DAY, I DID NOT KEEP IT OVERNIGHT. I FEEL VERY STRONGLY ABOUT THIS AND WILL GO ALL THE WAY ON MY COMPLAINT AS I FEEL IT IS VALID, AND VISA AGREES WITH ME, BUT THEY HAVE PAID YOU ALREADY.
