I am a repairman for a large retailer. Everyday I hear your complaints, and I must say that the majority of complaints come from very picky & particular people. It amazes me that most of you peolple will purchase high end products and expect them to function without failure because of a high price tag or a brand name. Dont we all know that nothing is made the way it used to be made anymore? Houses, cars, appliances, everything today is being made cheaper and faster then ever before.

In a world of gadgets and computers that have no life expectancy it is absurd to compare your appliance to the one you had before. An Extended warranty is your best way of protecting your investment. Dont expect your repair service man to be a CSI agent either , if you have some odd or intermitent failure complaint. Parts are normaly ordered and take time. Repairs take time.

Appreciate what you have it could be worse! Be courtious to service people. Dont irritate the chef. Huge manufactors will keep mass producing regardless of your complaint. The moral of the story is if you want high end products with fancy touch pad computers or new style products expect failure, theses are man made, man is not perfect , insure your investment. Expect delays and be patient. Life is too short.
