When we sign up with Netzero, one of the offer was that we can get three copies of the Time Magazine for free. After receiving the magazine we received the bill from the company. We ignore the bill because it was supposed to be free.

Last month the company send the debt to the collection agency. Can you believe this? They are trying to ruin our credit rating. When I rang the Time magazine a staff member said no it is free. Now what is going on with their accounting or somebody is try to double dipping?
