bonzibuddy - tell me how to download / install bonzi buddy properly and allow me to have him

I keep downloading bonzibuddy but when I install it, it says "Windows cannot find 'http://www.bonzi.com/subscriptions/n29/freesubscriptions.asp?trackcode=freebuddy' and i had bonzi buddy before but my computer got all screwed up and it deleted bonzi buddy. i really would like to have bonzi buddy again.

Please tell me what is going on with my computer and why it is telling me this stupid thing and tell me how to download / install bonzi buddy properly and allow me to have him.
