I ordered the Slim in 6 program and paid the full price so as to get it quicker. I received it 2 weeks later. When I got my credit card bill, I had been charged twice. When I called to let BeachBody know, I was told that I would get a credit immediatly.

That was April 14, now it is May 24 and I called to tell them I wanted to send the thing back because it didn't work and I was upset that I have not received the credit for the first screwup. I am being charged interest on my credit card going on 3 months for this charge.

I am now told that because the post office received the SI6 program on the 10th of April and I received it on my doorstep on the 13th, that it is past my six week trial. only now I am told to read the fine print which says 30day money back. The infomercial says if it does not work in 6 weeks to return it.

I am really upset now. I am contacting the BBB and my state lawmakers to let them know about this company and the false advertising.
