My name is Lynn and I have paid for the electronic Kazagold sofware from Kazagold.com and was unable to download the software. I spoke with Marney, and also sent her an e-mail.

She sent me the link and it did not work. I am tired of the 'BS' and will look to get a refund. This company is full of YOU KNOW WHAT!..... And there IS 'spyware' on Kaza Products.....

I, too have purchased mykazagold, and at first did have problems obtain the software, but after some very frustrating calls to a man that I could hardly understand (who by the way hung up on my because I couldn't understand his accent), I was able to obtain the download. I actually liked the software. It's been just a year ago that I purchased the LIFETIME membership, and obviously I'm still alive, I can not get ahold of anyone to help me get the link again to download my software the was accidently erased my the man who was ruining, I mean fixing my computer. So what do I do? I will not pay for this product again, I shouldn't have to right - hence the term "lifetime"!
