First of all, we have been really satisfied with receiving dvds by mail on such a timely manner. We have a new dvd/tv combination, but for some reason, your dvds start slipping about two-thirds of the way through.

Sometimes after slipping, they go on playing which is a little disturbing, but almost acceptable. The last few times, however, they not only slip (glitches), but refuse to play at all.

After trying to fast forward from the start to that point, they just start all over and refuse to finish at all. It isn't our dvd-player because Blockbuster dvds play just fine. Could you give us some insight into this problem? Otherwise, we are going to have to discontinue receiving your service. Thank you.
