J.D. Marvel Products - ClearValue Super Booster Indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antenna - late delivery

I received the ad on the local Sunday news paper from the J.D. Marvel Products. I ordered two "ClearValue Super Booster Indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antenna" on Feb 16, 2004. According to the ad the items would deliver to my house from 2 to 5 weeks. Well, it is May 1, 2004, and I have received nothing from them.

They already cashed the check that I send them and there is no answer from them. Their customer service number is 1(514) 344 4747 and their url address is www.jdmarvelproducts.com. i was wondering what happened to my merchandise since they have already cashed the check.
