Roomstore in Glen Burnie MD It took me several weeks to find a sofa and loveseat which fit both my budget and style. I found it at the Roomstore in Glen Burnie, MD. Upon getting the furniture home and removing the plastic, it emitted a foul odor.
I reported this to the store manager who advised me to return to the store for an exchange. I returned to the store for weeks looking for a suitable replacement without success.
I have called every number available to find someone to rid me of this smelly sofa and refund my money. I have been advised to use a fabric freshner. I should not have to use anything on new furniture. As the weather gets warmer the sofa emits a stronger odor. I want a refund. Audrey R. M

I have tried fabreeze several times and it doesn't smell any better. My Roomstore sales man was a complete jerk when I called to change part of my order. Then they messed up my order and when I told the deliver man that one of the things he brought into my house wasn't something I ordered he threw a huge fit and said " I wish you would have told me that before I took it out of the package". I wasn't watching what he did in the truck! How would I have known he had something I didn't order? To be a jerk I sent back a side table and a lamp after that =) Needless to say, it has been 2 weeks later, I still haven't gotten the stuff I did order and I haven't gotten a refund on the side table and lamp or the extra love seat they charged me for. And, my furniture stinks!
