www.mctees.com I placed an order on April 29, 2004, at which time my Credit Card was immediately charged. Their website says that most orders ship within 24 to 36 hours, with a normal delivery time of 7 to 11 business days. The week of May 3rd, the status of my order on the website always said "Pending", as it still does today, May 18th, 2004.
I first e-mailed customer service on May 8th, asking if the order had even been shipped. I received no reply to my e-mail. I located a toll free phone number, which was a fax number but allowed you to leave a message, which I did. Still no response.
I posted a comment on their website in the customer comments area. Still no response. I then was able to locate an address in Chicago and a long distance phone number. I called the long distance number, which was an answering machine, "We are unable to take your call now, please leave a message and we will return your call." STILL NO RESPONSE!!! I live in southwest Ohio.
How long could it possibly take to get an order from Chicago to southwest Ohio?! But I can't even get a response as to whether it is backordered, shipped, or what! L B Loretta K. B
